The Cutting Experts offer free shipping on purchases over $1000 to most places in Canada and the lower 48 states of the United States, including residential, commercial and industrial sites. Most of our goods are eligible for tailgate (Canada) or liftgate (USA) delivery.
What exactly is Tailgate Delivery?
Many freight operators have trucks equipped with a rear platform known as a tailgate/liftgate. This is a hydraulically driven platform for loading and unloading products without the use of docks or forklifts. This is useful in commercial sites that do not typically get heavy freight.
What products qualify?
The Cutting Experts products with packing sizes less than 90" and shipping weights less than 2000 lbs are eligible for tailgate delivery.
What items are NOT eligible?
The Cutting Experts products with packaging sizes larger than 90" and/or shipment weights greater than 2000 lbs are not eligible for tailgate delivery.
Is Tailgate Delivery offered in my area?
It is a possibility that your local freight carriers do not provide tailgate delivery. If that's the case, we'll work together to come up with a different plan of action so you may still receive your products in a way that suits you.
