Our Returns Policy

Here at The Cutting Experts, we believe in the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, just let us know within 30 days. After that, we're afraid we can't process any returns or refunds. Please bear in mind that we do have a 20% restocking fee for returned items, but don't worry, we might choose to skip it depending on the circumstances.

We just ask that to qualify for a return, the item must be unused, exactly as you received it, and still in its original packaging. Don't forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

However, there are some items that we just can't accept back:

  • Gift cards (we can't refund these, sorry)
  • Anything perishable
  • Software products you've downloaded
  • Anything that's obviously been used
  • Anything not in its original state, damaged, or with parts missing (unless it's our mistake)
  • Any item returned after more than 30 days post-delivery
  • Items that were on sale

If you have something you want to return, just drop us a line at info@thecuttingexperts.com. We'll let you know if your return is approved, and if it is, we'll send you a return shipping label and let you know where to send the item. Please don't send anything back without getting in touch first - we won't be able to accept it.

Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?
If something's not right with your order, please let us know right away. If the item is faulty, damaged, or if we've sent you the wrong thing, get in touch so we can sort it out for you.

How Do Refunds Work?
If you want to submit a return, the first step is to contact us at info@thecuttingexperts.com. Once we get your returned item and have checked it over, we'll drop you an email to let you know it's arrived. We'll also let you know if your refund has been approved.

If you get the green light for a refund, we'll process it straight away. The refund will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Waiting for a Refund?
If you're still waiting for a refund, don't panic. First, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. Sometimes it can take a while for refunds to be processed and posted. If you've done all of that and you're still waiting, please get in touch with us at info@thecuttingexperts.com.

Exchanges
At the moment, we don't offer exchanges. But don't worry, you can return your original item for a refund and then place a new order if you'd like something else.
